​​When completing an Application for Enrolment form, please refer to the Enrolment Notes Booklet as this will assist with accurate completion of the Enrolment form. Your enrolment form will be submitted to us automatically and on the next business day you will receive a form notifying you that it has been received.

We accept enrolments for all future years.
